The Barrington community, which includes Barrington Arms, Barrington Court, and Barrington Park, is conveniently located near the bike path, making it easy to explore all the attractions of Palmetto Dunes. Plus, world-class golf, tennis and pickleball is just around the corner!

This elevated first floor ocean view villa is great choice for your next Hilton Head Island vacation. The kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinets, combo coffee/keurig machine and bar seating for 2. The dining area has seating for six. The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, two club chairs, a 55inch TV/DVD. From the living room there is a slider to balcony with ocean views and seating for 4.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower.

This 960 square foot condo is a wonderful choice for you next Hilton Head Island vacation.

**This property may allow a dog with an additional $200 deposit.**

*The jacuzzi is currently not available for guests use.

This is a 3rd year at Barrington Arms and 1st time at this beautiful pet friendly condo! The unit was very clean. We always bring a covering for the couch and respect the furniture with our 20 lb. non- shedding dog. The unit was lovely and had everything we needed. Looking forward to our booked visit in 2024. Thanks to the owners for sharing and allowing our dog to join us.

This unit exceeded my expectations. Great location, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed and fully stocked kitchen. Staff was visible around the grounds cleaning and landscaping every day. We will definitely go back!
