Located on the first floor, this quiet end-unit is elevated one story from the ground. It is conveniently situated in a perfect spot for privacy, easy access to the pool, the beach, and parking. A keyless entry system takes the worry out of losing keys.

This updated lovely villa has a very comfortable feel with an open floor plan. High ceilings and crown molding adds a classic touch. Attractively decorated, including new furniture, appliances, carpet, tile and blinds.

Master suite, opens to a spacious balcony. The suite offers a brand new king size Heavenly Bed by Westin, TV/DVD, along with a stereo system, IPod Dock Station, writing table, and a wide variety of books. Included is a dressing area with an extra vanity. Relax after a day of activities in the walk-in shower with seat bench in the master bath.

The second bedroom has an ocean view. Updated with new furniture, crown molding, carpet, blinds and bedding. The twin beds have Jamisons mattresses by Marriott. Second bedroom includes TV and a DVD player. The second full bath also has jetted tub/shower.

Attractive large dining room has a table which seats six. This room opens to a cozy living room where you can enjoy the indescribable ocean view and incredible sunrise. All new furniture, including queen size sleeper sofa, is comfortable and warm, with an inviting appearance.

The oversized balcony is truly perfect to sit back, relax and feel the ocean breeze. A cozy lounger and pair of plantation-style rocking chairs are waiting, great for unwinding in the peaceful surroundings. Bistro table which seats four, makes a wonderful place to dine while taking in the breathtaking view.

Stroll along the private walkways, surrounded by the beautiful gardens, native live oaks, palmettos, and meandering lagoons. The manicured gardens and landscaped pathways take you directly to the pool or the beach. The large climate controlled pool has plenty of lounge chairs, and an observation area. A wonderful large gazebo shades tables and chairs for those who want to take a break from the sun and have a bite to eat.

You will find three grills and a bar area ideal for picnics with adjacent bathrooms and an enclosed hot tub poolside. The beach is just a few steps away. Convenient showers are available to wash away the sand from an exciting day at the beach.

This truly makes a perfect vacation for years to come!

Incredible villa

We have been coming to Hilton Head since the late eighties and have stayed at 108 Barrington Arms for the last 6 years. The villa is immaculate and the views are incredible. We have stayed at many different locations over the years but there is none better than 108 Barrington. Already looking forward to next year.

We had a wonderful two weeks at the Barrington Arms! We love the beautiful condo, the beach and the pool. The palm trees are lovely and the pelicans are so much fun to watch! Seeing the ocean while standing at the kitchen sink is an extra bonus. We love going to our favorite restaurants and trying some new ones, too. Relaxing on the balcony in the evening is such a treat. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We loved our stay at Barrington Arms- so relaxing! We played pickleball everyday just down the road and went golfing at the 2 courses in Palmetto Dunes. The view from our balcony was very nice- very tropical with ocean in distance. Best condo we have rented so far in Hilton Head!
