Welcome to 121 Abbington Villa – located a very short walk away from the beautiful beaches of Palmetto Dunes! This four bedroom, three bathroom lagoon view villa was newly renovated in 2024 and can host a group of up to ten guests total.

Guests staying in Abbington have access to the access the beach via neighboring complexes – Hampton Place or Barrington.

- Pool Info: Guests staying in Abbington have access to the community pools located in two neighboring complexes Hampton Place (across the street to the left) or Barrington (across the street to the right). Approximately a five minute walk to either option. Hampton Place features two oceanfront pools (main pool + lap pool), hot tub, gazebo, sun deck & grilling station. Barrington features one, large oceanfront pool, sun deck + charcoal grilling station. The main pools are heated seasonally only Dates are subject to change confirm with Island Getaway.

*Parking is limited to two assigned parking spots. We are not able to order more than two parking passes per reservation. Car passes are an additional fee.*
