Conveniently located less than a minute from the beach and Coligny Plaza, with shops and restaurants, this beautiful 6BR/5BA North Forest Beach home has everything you could ask for with a large open floor and a spacious pool* and spa*, perfect for entertaining.

Seven steps lead to the entrance where you will find a living room with hardwood flooring, cathedral ceilings, sleeper sofa and loveseat, and a beautiful decorative fireplace.

The kitchen, which is open with the living room and dining area, has a large three-sided island with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seven high-top chairs, while the dining area provides a pine table with seating for six.

Just off of the kitchen you will find a large family room with stone floors, a queen sleeper sofa, matching loveseat & chair, and a 52” TV with DVD player. This room also offers a beautiful bar area with a black marble countertop, mini refrigerator, and leather bar stools. Further down this hall is a full bath.

Located on the second floor, west wing of this house, you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom is the first of two master bedrooms. This bedroom has a king bed, TV and a private master bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Just down the hall you will find the second bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom, which has two twin beds and a set of twin bunk beds (4 twins total). Both of these bedrooms use the full bathroom in the hall with a combination shower and tub, double sinks, and decorated in stone and tile.

The east wing of this home houses the 2nd master-bedroom with a king bed, armoire with TV, door leading out to your private balcony overlooking the pool, and a private master bath with stone and tile. The fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and TV while the sixth bedroom offers a queen bed and TV. Both bedrooms would share a full bathroom located in the hall.

19 Avocet has a great pool and spa area with plenty of seating, a Tiki Bar with a mini-refrigerator, and a gas grill making it perfect for entertaining! Not to mention the large 25’ x 15’ heated pool and spa*! This home is sure to exceed your expectations.

*Pool and spa heat available for additional fee. Pool and spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

Overall

Great family friendly space and location! Pool was a big hit with the kids and got them tired for bed time. Walking to Coligny Square restaurants and shops was another big plus. Will be on our "come back to list."

The week with 15 people (3 generations) was excellent. The location is great, and the bunk beds allowed for the male/female separation of the grandchildren. We would stay there again and again.

Loved the house. This was our family’s second time around. Enjoyed being in walking distance of the beach and the shops on Coligny Square.
