HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Come see this Hilton Head Island beach home featuring a very spacious renovated outdoor living space that includes a pool, pool deck, covered porch, kitchen/pool bar area and plenty of seating!

This masterpiece beach home located on a corner lot in Palmetto Dunes Plantation is perfect for large families as it features seven bedrooms with private in-suite bathrooms, two additional bathrooms, two spacious living rooms, and an awesome backyard oasis. A quick two-minute walk along the beach path from this third row home takes you to the sand of one of the most exclusive beaches on Hilton Head Island. Palmetto Dunes Plantation offers quiet, low traffic streets and multi-million dollar homes.

The southern style front porch features four rocking chairs to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening refreshment. Upon entering the home, you are welcomed to a beautifully decorated, expansive great room that features a 65” Samsung Smart HDTV with Sonos soundbar, and a full view of the pool deck space. The fully equipped kitchen is adorned with all stainless steel appliances including two full-sized Kitchenaid dishwashers, Thermador cooktop and oven, and granite countertops. The center island has three barstools while the breakfast table provides four additional seats. A half bath and a laundry room with a second full size refrigerator are adjacent to the kitchen area. The spacious dining room is connected to the kitchen by a butler’s pantry and offers seating for twelve very comfortably. This space is perfect for gathering large groups to share a meal at the end of the day.

The main floor of the home offers three bedrooms. The master suite off the kitchen features a king four-poster bed, wall mounted 50” Plasma flat screen HDTV along with a second 39” Vizio flat screen HDTV and Blu-ray DVD player in the sitting area, as well as a walk-in closet. This master suite also offers a private bathroom adorned with quartzite countertop, a spacious jetted Jacuzzi and a separate tiled shower with two showerheads. The second bedroom at the front of the house features a king bed, 42” Plasma flat screen HDTV and a private bathroom. The third bedroom offers a king bed, a private bathroom, and a 39” Vizio flat screen HDTV and views of the back deck and crystal blue pool.

The staircase will lead you to the second floor of the house, which features a large second living room and four more bedrooms. The second living room upstairs consists of a sofa, chairs and a queen sleeper sofa bed, as well as an additional full bathroom. A 55” Vizio flat screen HDTV, Bose surround sound, and Blu-ray DVD player make this room the perfect place to enjoy a family movie night. This upstairs living room has doors so one can easily close the doors and use this as a private eighth bedroom with it’s own private bathroom. The first two upstairs bedrooms offer a queen bed, private bathroom and 39” Vizio flat screen HDTV in each. The third bedroom offers a king bed, a private bathroom, and a 39” flat screen Vizio television with a Blu-ray dvd player. The fourth bedroom upstairs has a king bed, private bathroom and a 39” Vizio flat screen HDTV.

The sliding glass doors off the main floor great room lead you to the renovated porch, pool deck, outdoor bar, heat enabled pool and spa (*Extra FEE). The expansive covered porch offers an elevated entertainment area with lounge wicker furniture and a six person patio table. The new outside deck area offers a large space for sun bathing and entertaining by the pool. With a total of twelve chaise lounge chairs, a large umbrella table with eight surrounding chairs, six Adirondack chairs, and a small table with two chairs, you can pick your best position around the pool to unwind. A fun part of the pool deck is the outdoor pool bar; which features granite counter tops, a third full-sized refrigerator, a large flat screen outdoor HDTV and grill.

This is a great house!!! Our family of 10 (including grandkids) had a great time! This is our 5th time renting this house & will certainly be coming back. Perfect spot, close to the beach with a private pool and in great condition!!!!

This was our 5th stay at an Island Getaway property and it this is our favorite home. The owners have done a great job with the details. The home is totally equipped for larger groups such as our family. The pool bar area was a highlight!

We have been traveling to HHI for most of the past 20 years as a family and 2 High Rigger is now our favorite Hilton Head home away from home. Being from Louisville KY we loved seeing directional signs for Lexington, Indy and Fishers IN in the backyard- places we know well. We are already looking forward to returning in 2023.
