This newly renovated cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and multiple living areas inside and out. The house is conveniently located on the beach path and a short walk will bring you to one of the most pristine and quiet beaches on Hilton Head. The home’s location in Forest Beach, is close to many of the most popular restaurants, shops and commerce on Hilton Head Island and is also next to the renowned Sea Pines Resort. A large new, custom pool offers a tanning ledge with bubbler feature and a 6 person hot tub.*

Backyard outdoor living also includes a patio and (artificial) poolside grass for lounging. A large screened-in porch provides a flatscreen Smart TV, fans, outdoor curtains, comfortable deep seating and a large drop leaf table for alfresco dining or game night. There is also a smaller open air front porch for morning coffee or relaxing in the shade. The kitchen has a 6 burner gourmet gas range and griddle, large refrigerator with filtered ice and water, a quiet Bosch dishwasher and a large counter height island with dining for six (or the island can be used for extra food prep and serving space). The open concept living area looks out over the pool, accesses the screened in porch and has plenty of seating and a large flat screen Smart TV. There is also another living space downstairs with a large flat screen Smart TV as another indoor option or playroom. Downstairs also accesses the laundry area and half bath through double barn doors. | | The master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, “en suite” bathroom with a large walk-in shower, full vanity, and lots of storage space. The second bedroom also has a king bed, closet, Smart TV and shares a full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom that has 2 twin beds, closet and a Smart TV. All three bedrooms are located up a small flight of stairs from the main living area.

This beach home, with all of its brand new features and amenities, is bound to be a favorite vacation spot on Hilton Head Island!

Overall

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was darling, with lots of space to spread out. The pool and spa were great and the extremely convenient beach path behind the house and short walk to the beach was perfect and used multiple times a day! We WILL be looking to rent this house again.

We had such a great vacation at 2 Laurel Lane! The house is very inviting, the furnishings very comfortable and stylish. A quick & easy walk to the beach, nice pool and good location on the island. Our family of 6 really enjoyed the large open main living space.

Overall

This is our second time staying at 2 Laurel Lane and we really like it! It’s updated, inviting, and comfortable for a large group because there are 2 living rooms and a screened in outdoor porch so there is plenty of space for everyone to hang out. The pool is great as well. The beach access is great and location on South Forest Beach is convenient to everything we like to do on the island.
