You have a wide selection of 2 or 3 bedroom villas with views ranging from landscape to oceanfront, spacious floor plans, designer decorated interiors, soaking tubs in the master baths, full kitchens, and private balconies with superb ocean views. Villamare features a large oceanfront pool and heated Jacuzzi, children's pool, poolside propane barbecue, indoor pool, private health club with weight machines, steam room and sauna, and underground parking. You'll also find that the Fazio golf course, tennis center, the Marriott and Omni hotels, eateries, bike and canoe rentals are all within easy walking distance.

Come enjoy beautiful Hilton Head Island from this great two bedroom, first floor villa in Palmetto Dunes. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar with two bar stools. The dining room has a table that seats up to six. The living room opens up to the dining room and kitchen. It has a sofa, love seat, two chairs, and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. There is also a slider door to the balcony with an ocean view.

The first bedroom which is the master has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. This bedroom also has access to a private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a full bed, and flat screen TV. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a tub/ shower combination and access to a private balcony.

Other amenities include a community pool, Jacuzzi, grilling area, and work out facilities. A perfect retreat, this villa offers everything you could possibly need for the most enjoyable retreat to the beach.

This is the 3rd time our family has stayed at 3124 Villamare. It is 317 steps from the door to the beach, a beautiful view of the ocean from your chair in the front room (see attached photo), balcony seating overlooking the family pool, king, queen, twin and two sofa beds, and fully furnished. It's the ideal condo that is close to the beach and located mid-island which affords easy 10-15 minute access to any point on the island from Sea Pines to Skull Creek and everywhere in between. This is our 11th time to book through Island Getaway Rentals since 2017; I wouldn't even consider using any other rental agency on or off the island. Ask for Jen and tell her Bob sent you.

Perfect for Our Family

3124 Villamare was perfect for our family. It is on the first floor (elevated) in front of the pool which was perfect for letting our 2 nine yr olds go to the pool and still keep and eye on them. The unit was across from the stairs so it made it so convenient to get to the pool and onto the beach in 1-2 mins. Down one level and you are there. Location is perfect. Beds were extremely comfortable and I am very picky about that. Kitchen is on the smaller side but not a problem for us. The cost of renting this unit was lower than some others so I was a little skeptical at first but I am so very happy that we chose it.
