Great condo. We loved being next to the Forest Preserve with lots of animals on your door step to enjoy and lots of trails. Easy to get to the beach via biking or later in Winter the Spring Beach Shuttle.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Visit. Sea Pines is a wonderful resort with so many things for families to do. Our townhome/condo was exceptional and very conveniently located within the resort. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything a family could need. Kitchen was well equipped- we cooked Thanksgiving dinner. Beds & linens were so comfortable which we were very happy to find! Island Getaway Rentals was very easy to work with and helped us very last minute and met all our needs. We highly recommend the company and 3420 Carolina Place - and are looking to come back soon!

Brand new everything, super clean , stocked, very private end unit overlooking tiny lagoon and Nature Preserve. Visits from turtles, various birds and an alligator all week! We had a lovely week and loved the condo , great location, private yet close enough to bike to Harbourtown, Sea Pines Beach Club, & Salty Dog. We would stay here in a heart beat! The layout is cool too, fantastic bathrooms, great loft space for siblings, and basically two master suites , it was perfect!

Fabulous place! I can’t say enough great things about this home, the hosts & our experience. The home is very clean, roomy & tastefully decorated. It is conveniently located close to everything. We could easily bike to the beaches, restaurants, shops, preserve, lakes, golf course, tennis courts, horseback riding stables & pool. We look forward to coming back to this home for many years.

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation! It was a 15 minute bike ride to the beach and close to everything in Sea Pines. The pool was great and a 2 minute walk. The house was cozy and had everything we needed! We would stay here again.
