Upon entry your eyes will be immediately drawn out to windows to the beautiful ocean beyond! This open concept home has an updated kitchen with an island, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for the family. The dining room seats eight comfortably and flows directly into the open living room. The living room features a sofa, love seat, reading chair, a large screen tv, and most importantly will lead you to the large ocean front porch with rockers and outdoor dining. Spend your evenings listening to the waves and watching the sunrise!

The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk with a double on the bottom and twin up top, TV, and a private bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. These rooms face the front of the house.

The other two bedrooms have fantastic ocean views. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, a private bath with a walk in shower, and a sliding glass door to the oceanfront balcony. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, TV, private bath with a walk-in shower and another sliding glass door to the balcony.

The back of the property features a large backyard, the perfect place for evening games, and a large sundeck with loungers. There is a private beach path over the dunes for easy beach access. This will easily become your families favorite island escape!!

We could not have asked for a better Spring Break. Our party was 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The bedding was comfy. Plenty of space for dinner and games. Beautiful beach views from the deck.

We had 2 families for a total of 9 people…the house fit us perfectly. Amazing views and access to the beach. It was great to be so close to shops and restaurants. All in all it was a great place. Management company was easy to work with and helpful. The location and views were top notch.
