This meticulously maintained home has all the things you love about and want in a beach house! You are just a short walk away from all the shops, restaurants and markets at Coligny. This home boasts some of the prettiest and oldest live oaks in all of N. & S. Forest Beach.

Brand-new floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass door on the upper floor to maximize the views of the ocean. You will also find a brand-new kitchen fully renovated, including new cabinets, SS appliances, and quartz countertops. Also fully renovated first and second floor bedrooms and living rooms with shiplap, new shiplap ceilings, fully renovated bathrooms, and floors throughout the house.

As you enter the upper level, you step into a spacious open concept floor plan, instantly met with sliding glass doors showcasing a beautiful view of the beachfront view and yard. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV and additional chairs for seating. The dining room table is a sturdy round table with seating for six as well as a bar height counter with seating for 2-3 additional individuals. The updated wrap-around kitchen features an electric cooktop, and quartz counter tops. It's fully stocked with everything needed to create wonderful memories over dinner. Stocked with various pots and pans, cookie sheets, crock pots, a food processor, and dishes for storing left-overs, moving around this kitchen will be a breeze! There is a filtered coffee pot, Keurig, as well as a tea kettle.

The first bedroom faces the ocean and has large windows, and a large flatscreen TV above the closet. This room has a king bed, and a private bathroom featuring shiplap on the walls, with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, along with a hall bathroom with walk in shower.

The main entrance to the home is on the ground level with open stairs and a sliding glass door to the back of the home to access the pool and beach. On one side there is a full suite with a kitchenette, living room with sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV, a full bathroom w/walk in shower, and private KING BR w/Ocean view. The kitchenette is stocked w/coffee/toaster/microwave. This has ship lap throughout 1st floor. On the opposite side, there is a separate, private bedroom with queen Bed, flat screen TV, and a full BR, also facing the ocean. Laundry on first floor.

Parking for 4 cars.

The location and the property were beautiful. The landscaping made it feel very tropical. We had a wonderful stay. We had one little issue with the pool and the management company sent someone out right away. It would have been nice if there had been items stocked in the downstairs kitchen such as cups and plates. Other than that, the house worked really well for our small group of 4.

We came here to enjoy the beach and general Hilton Head Island area. We got both of these plus a tranquil oasis on a quiet, beautiful street- steps from the beach. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again!

Staying at 51 Dune was great! The closeness to the beach was great, the pool was great, the house was a great size for all 11 of our guests. I would recommend this rental for all occasions. My daughter got engaged on the beach while visiting. Needless to say, this visit will go down in history!!
