This impeccably decorated Hilton Head beach villa offers beautiful views and tastefully furnished décor. The living room offers a flat screen TV, DVD player, and CD player. | The dining area includes seating for six. The beautiful kitchen has new stainless appliances, granite countertops and bar seating for 4. There is also a desk area off the kitchen with high speed internet access and a slider to the oceanfront balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed, private balcony, and large private bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, DVD, access to the living room balcony, and a private bath with a jetted tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV and private bath. This was a fabulous vacation. Our condo was beautiful and spacious. The 5 of us had privacy, and a family space. We were immediately 'WOWED." The view was beautiful and we saw local wild life. Deer, rabbits, geckos :) and dolphin. The pool was never too crowded to find a place in the shade. We really appreciated the 'adult only' area/pool. HHI is fabulous. The general store is a must see. This was the best vacation ever, and not only because my boyfriend proposed on the first day!!! Five stars is not enough to rate this condo, island and atmosphere.

Hampton Place is one of our favorite places to stay when visiting HHI and it did not disappoint again. The view of the ocean is spectacular and there were numerous deer running around on the property. The unit was nicely furnished and stocked with everything you need and more. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Great condo with beautiful views, conveniently located with lots of space and amenities. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean and everything worked well. Island Getaway staff were very helpful with issues concerning the cable and a short water outage and power outage - none of which were their fault - jumping in to get information and resolve issues.

Villa was impeccable and beautifully decorated. Location is good, right next to pool area and steps from the beach. Perfect for our family of five. Kudos to the owners and Island Getaway staff for ensuring an enjoyable vacation experience (our first visit to Hilton Head Island).

We had a wonderful visit even though the weather was cool for April. We have stayed in several properties in Palmetto Dunes, but 5208 Hampton Place is one of the nicest places. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. The customer service from Island Getaway was wonderful. We highly recommend them.

Another great vacation in this condo. We walked in and noticed the updates. Beds are so comfortable and the kitchen accessories are above and beyond. Very clean and worth it! We appreciate the owners effort in keeping this unit fresh and clean!
