HILTON HEAD. This charming home is located on the beautiful 11 mile lagoon with incredible views of the Robert Trent Jones golf course.

Upon entry of this ranch style home is a living area with a sofa, love seat, large flat screen TV, DVD player, and sliders to the pool area. There is a game table for four, sleeper sofa and a desk off of the living area. The dining room has a large wooden table that seats 6 and a decorative fireplace. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find great lagoon and golf views and sliders to the pool area.

The first bedroom is located off of the dining room and has a king bed, TV, and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the second bedroom that also has a king bed and a TV. There is an additional bathroom in the hallway with a shower and vanity. The third bedroom is located off of the foyer and has a king bed with a TV and uses a second hallway bathroom. There is a room with a queen bed and a large flat screen TV that also uses this hallway bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, great lagoon views and a private bathroom with a shower, jetted tub and double vanity.

The patio area has a large table that seats 8, 4 lounge chairs, love seat and 2 side chairs. The pool overlooks the lagoon and the golf course which makes the perfect setting for relaxation.

*Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.

Beautiful home!

Overall

The eight of us loved our week in this beautiful home. The veranda is perfect for enjoying the pool activity while staying out of the direct sunlight. The only negative is the wifi on one side of the home is almost non existent. I want to add we have been coming to HHI for over 30 years but this was our first time with Island Getaway. This agency was superb with which to work and I look forward to arranging our vacations with them in future.

This was our second stay in this lovely home (the first was 9 yrs ago). It was wonderful, both times. The upgrades/remodeling are gorgeous! Most of all, what we love about this home is the comfort, love, peace and healing that it exudes to everyone under its roof and on the property. The views from the lanai (the hardscaped area, the pool, the lagoon, and the 13th freeway) are unmatched, and access to the beach is a short and breathtaking walk away. Palmetto Dunes is beautifully maintained, quiet, and the wildlife is abundant. I cannot recommend this home enough. It is loved; and, therefore, it emits love in return. Many thanks to the wonderful owners!

We are a group of 6 classmates from 1966 and have been coming to 2 Full Sweep for 12 plus years. We love the house and treat it as our own. We like the layout for our needs and we especially love the large patio and pool!! Many nights you’ll find us sitting out there way after dark. Upon leaving from our 2 week stay we booked the house for next year and already are looking forward to coming. Thank you to the owners for this lovely home!!! See you in 2024.

My family of 12, 6 adults and 6 kids loved this house. I like liked the ranch style home as I didn’t have to worry about the little ones on the stairs. It was very spacious. We spent a lot of time on the veranda while the kids played in the pool. Gorgeous view and close to the beach. We all loved the kitchen and had most of our meals there. I would definitely rent this house again.
