Description

This townhome style villa has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The living room features a sleeper sofa, two chairs, a Smart TV and DVD player. The dining room seats six, and opens to the kitchen with all of the major appliances.

There is a full bath off of the living room with walk in shower. Sliding glass doors from the living area lead you to the spacious deck with a table for outdoor dining, a gas and charcoal grill and wonderful golf course views.

The first bedroom, located downstairs, has a king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with walk in shower, and accesses the deck.

Upstairs offers two bedrooms each with a private bath. The second bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV, and private bath with a walk in shower. The third bedroom has a king bed and twin trundle bed, flat screen TV, and private bath with tub/shower combo.

There is easy access to the beach (8-10 minute walk), an on-site community pool, shopping, with golf and tennis nearby, this villa is conveniently near everything you need to have an amazing time with family and friends.

Once again Palmetto Dunes didn’t disappoint! Our family has stayed many different places, and this rental has been one of the best. The walk to the beach was very convenient, five minutes at most. Our four boys loved the fishing, golf, bike rides, and all the wildlife. The unit was very well cleaned, and had everything we needed. We hope to be back next year!
