This beautiful 4th story premium end unit has unbeatable ocean views. The living area is tastefully done in a contemporary fashion. It has a large sectional couch, and two swivel chairs. There is a 65 inch HD TV in living room. This unit portrays beautiful panoramic glassed-in views. The living areas flow together with beautiful Italian-tiled floors and turtle glass windows and sliders that were just installed throughout the villa. The updated kitchen includes granite countertops and wood cabinetry. It also has four counter high stools for the breakfast area. There is an intimate area off the kitchen with a cabaret table and three barstools – a great spot for enjoying the evening sunsets. The dining room has panoramic ocean views and includes a large table and eight chairs. A sliding glass door from the kitchen leads to the enclosed porch that is comfortably furnished with a loveseat, chair with ottoman, and a swivel chair. Another slider then leads you to a wrap around covered balcony with table, chairs, and loungers. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 55inch HD TV. A sliding glass door opens to a private balcony overlooking Hilton Head’s finest beach. The master suite also features a completely renovated bathroom. There are also beautiful honey maple cabinets and granite counters, seated vanity and private water closet. The second master bedroom has a king bed, 55inch HD TV plus a private bath with a jetted tub/ shower combination. Guests will enjoy imported ceramic tile, Bain Ultra bubble jet tub, cherry cabinets and granite countertops. The third bedroom has two full size beds, 43inch HD TV with private bath. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with full sized washer and dryer. This Hilton Head Island beach villa offers 2000 square feet of living space and is a perfect choice for your next getaway. It was our first time to HHI and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. What an awesome rental unit! Incredible views and easy access to the beach. The bedrooms and living areas of the apartment were comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything was clean. Thank you to the owners and property managers. We’ll be back!

We loved our Hampton Place condo. The views were outstanding, casual sun porch and outdoor seating was the best ever and everything was updated and super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. We would definitely stay here again! I would give it five stars.

Loved the beautiful views from our wrap around balcony. I was just happy to sit out there and read.. .We definitely would rent again. Island Getaways did a great job! Hampton Place is in a great location.

The condo was absolutely beautiful!! Perfect views of the beach and spacious. This was the first vacation my family has had and I don't think it could have been any better. We even saw dolphins swimming near us. I am hoping to spend all of our future vacations here!
