HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Main Sail – a luxurious villa complex on Hilton Head Island overlooking Shelter Cove Marina in Palmetto Dunes resort. Each villa features water views from almost every room, screened porch, two master suites, and many upgrades. A private gated entrance leads to the centrally located Main Sail complex with beautifully landscaped grounds. Amenities include an expansive adult pool and spa, a children’s pool, a grilling area, and a playground. Enjoy strolling the extensive walkways around Shelter Cove Marina, which offers an array of wonderful restaurants and shops. Convenient bike paths lead to the beach in Palmetto Dunes. Main Sail has elevators to all floors.

Your entrance greets you with expansive views of the marina and Shelter Cove. Each room offers a new view of the harbor, marina, Shelter Cove and the pool. The kitchen offers bar seating for three. The dining area is open to the rest of the great room and seats six comfortably. The living area offers the best views in the house and features a sectional couch with reclining seats, two side chairs, an oversized club chair and a large TV.

There are three sliding doors from the living room to the two porches. The open porch has a table and four chairs facing the marina. This porch can be accessed from the living room and the main bedroom. The screened-in porch has a couch and two side chairs. This is the best seat in the house for the Tuesday night fireworks during the summer! This porch is accessible from the 2nd master and the living room.

The two master suites each feature a king size bed, TV, access to the porches, walk in closets and a private bath with double vanities, large tub and walk in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This villa provides all the space, amenities and gorgeous sunsets for the perfect Hilton Head vacation.

Overall

This is our 3rd year in a row staying at 301 Mainsail. We love the condo and the location is superb! It’s feels like our home away from home. The unit is very spacious and the outdoor spaces are very comfortable and offer fantastic views. If we lived at Hilton Head this is where we would choose. Island Getaway and the convenience of the Hospitality App are informative, very easy to use, and make booking and sharing information a breeze. We plan to return again next year!!

We thought our rental process went very smoothly. Your office staff was always available to answer questions and your consistent communications kept our vacation moving forward. The unit was exceptionally clean so we were pleased with that plus the supplies to get you started were ample and appreciated. We truly enjoyed our time on the Island. We stayed in 301 Main Sail 11 years ago. It was as nice now as it was then. It's a condo that allows you a place to relax and feel like you're at home. The views are amazing and the amenities are plentiful. We've been coming to Hilton Head for 35 years and have stayed in many condos but none as nice as 301 Main Sail. (wish it was mine) It was nice to come back to Island Getaway. The staff was very helpful in helping us add days to our stay. Thanks for a great stay in Hilton Head.

This is our second year staying at 301 Mainsail. We love it! The size and layout are wonderful and we love the shelter cove location. Very nice unit. We plan to stay again next year!
