This fourth floor Windsor Court North Villa (#4401) is a superior 2-bedroom/2-bath luxury end unit that provides privacy and ocean views from the over-sized private balcony, both bedrooms and the living room. The open floor plan is sophisticated with expansive windows and sliding doors that invite ample natural light and ocean breezes.

This villa recently underwent major renovations including tile floors in the main living areas, new paint throughout, a well-appointed kitchen with new lighting and granite counter tops, and new bathrooms, each with granite counter tops, tile flooring, and tile and glass-surround over-sized walk-in showers. Both bedrooms have been professionally updated with new carpet, contemporary bedding and window treatments.

For your entertainment, the Master Bedroom features private walk-out balcony access and a new 42” wall mounted Smart TV. The Living room features a new wall mounted 50” Smart HDTV. The Guest Bedroom has a 32” Smart TV. We have provided an assortment of games & puzzles for those family game nights and Free WiFi access.

We fell in love with this unit because of the privacy on the balcony the end unit provides excellent ocean views and the extra windows in the master bedroom (as there is no adjoining unit on the end) and the quality of the upgrades and furnishings.

From our Villa you are steps away from the ocean and the beach, and a short walk away from two premier hotels, the Omni Resort and the Marriott Hotel, which offer fabulous restaurants, a health club, spa and lively evening entertainment. Great condo! We had 4 adults and one child and this condo worked out perfectly for us. The two queen beds and large guest bathroom was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again!
