Enjoy this updated beach villa featuring new appliances and furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar set up for dining in or making a snack to go! Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms accommodate five comfortably plus a sleeper sofa in the living area. A private balcony for relaxing outside is right off the living room.

North Shore Place is conveniently located to the beach and Coligny Plaza, home to several restaurants and shops. Enjoy the rooftop pool and with plenty of lounge chairs.

North Shore Place 208 is the perfect retreat to be close to everything and away from it all.
The formal dining area features a beautiful round glass table with seating for six. The adjacent galley-style kitchen is defined by a long curved dining/serving counter, with four barstools, and is fully equipped for all of your perfect family meals. A stack washer/dryer is discreetly placed in a nearby closet.

The living room is tastefully decorated with a full-size sofa, which doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, three arm chairs, an entertainment center with large flat screen TV and DVD player, and features two large windows and a door to the balcony. The view from both the living room and the balcony is of large palm trees, which appear to be a planned extension of the interior decor. The balcony also has an outdoor dining table for four and two comfortable lounge chair.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a door to the balcony, and a private bath with a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen and one twin bed, a TV, a sunny courtyard view, and a private bath.

North Shore Place is a beautiful new complex in North Forest Beach, just across the street from the ocean and beside Coligny Plaza. The complex features a 4th-floor rooftop pool, a landscaped inner courtyard, and beach access through the Sea Crest complex across the street, as well as the use of Sea Crest's oceanfront guest pool.

***PLEASE READ INFO FOR FALL/WINTER 2024 RENTAL SEASON**

The North Shore Place Homeowners Association has announced important structural building enhancements starting this September and spanning approximately six months
These improvements include a fresh resurfacing of the pool deck, fixing damaged concrete and replacing fire sprinkler piping in the parking garage. There will be time that work will be noisy and access to individual units and parts of the building will be restricted for short periods of time.
During this time, the pool and spa will be temporary closed, however, access to the SeaCrest oceanfront pool will still be available to guests.
Island Getaway does not have any control over projects (including timing of work) concerning the outside of this building, including but not limited to pool work, building work, pathways, etc.

North Shore 208 did not disappoint! The place was perfect for our group of four. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, dinner and shopping right next door, bike rides around the neghborhoods and golfing. The place was well equipped for all our needs. Will definitely come back!

Condo was excellent, as always. We have stayed in several North Shore units and they are always clean and well appointed. Very comfortable for small families or couples and conveniently near the beach and everything in Coligny area. In addition, the Island Getaway staff is the best and always available for any requests.

We had a wonderful experience in our condo. The kitchen was spacious and the beds were ultra comfortable. Location was great, and we enjoyed the pool on the 4th floor and walking distance to the beach and stores. We would love the opportunity to come back again.

Our family spent a terrific week in this condo for Spring Break. We have young children, so the unit suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals, the balcony was a very nice size and was great to enjoy breakfast or some yoga, and the living space was very comfortable. The beach is one block away, and an easy walk, which we made several times per day. The condo is in a great location, close to the shops, grocery store, restaurants and a giant park with a really neat playground. We are already looking forward to another stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay at 208 Northshore. The condo was very clean and meet all of our needs. We also loved how close it was to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and shops. Island Geraway was also great to work with and we loved the app that provided us with all the information needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon!
