This beautiful villa is floating above the marsh in a nature preserve has an unobstructed view overlooking the beautiful Calibogue Sound.

This villa is set up for 2 people to enjoy. Steps lead to the multi deck area with many seating options and amazing views.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a table and chairs for four. The living area offers a sectional sofa, TV and windows everywhere looking out over the water. There is a half bath off the living area. The bedroom is set up with a queen bed, TV and bathroom with shower.
A washer/dryer and gas grill are located on the ground level for your use.

The privacy is like no other to be found on the island, and with picturesque views of the water and marsh, you could not ask for a better retreat. The private deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, or evening glass of wine to watch the dolphins show off and take in the amazing sunsets.

It is a short stroll to HarbourTown to enjoy the many shops and restaurants including the newly rebuilt Quarterdeck. There is also a seasonal shuttle to get to the Sea Pines Beach Club and the 12-mile long Atlantic Ocean sugary sand beach.
